I use my background as a mental health therapist to tailor my coaching towards the needs of each individual athlete. I’m passionate about creating a motivating and encouraging space for athletes to improve their physical skills and their mindset that also translates to life off the court. I believe in working TOGETHER to achieve athlete’s goals. I enjoy working with beginners to establish the foundations and love for the game and also working with advanced athletes to level-up and fine tune their play!
