With a love for developing volleyball players, I love getting the best out of players. I’m a big believer in players understanding the why behind the what. This allows the skill of independent troubleshooting to progress quickly.

I’m formerly CAP 1 certified. I have coached both club and high school volleyball for about ten years and I’ve worked with age groups ranging from 11-18. I’ve been blessed to have won national qualifiers and have just about all my teams qualify for club nationals. I’ve played college club volleyball as well.

Being from the Bahamas and having limited volleyball opportunities when I was young, and having experienced a complete Achilles tear that took me away from the game, I appreciate the value and opportunity I get to play and work with players. I try to impart that passion for the game in the way I conduct lessons as well.
